squeeky feet
In my commute, I strive to be as quiet as possible... virtually silent. Call me a late adaptor, but I recently switched to clip-less peddles (mntn bike style). I'm finding that the metal cleat rubbing around inside the metal peddle creates a veritable symphony of squeaks. HELP! the racket is ruining the peace and quiet of my commute. What can I do to quiet this thing down. I'm about ready to switch back to the old straps on the platform.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Rub the pedal and cleat with paraffin wherever they might touch. The wax will shut it up and won't leave grease prints on the floor. You'll have to redo it pretty regularly; I carry a little chunk in my toolbag just for this.
