Kryptonite/OnGuard Warranty Claims--Paid or Burned?
Just wondering if they honor claims. Looking to buy a kryptonite or onguard d-lock and just wondering what the claims experience is. I live in Post-Katrina Gulfport, Mississippi. I know how claims can get reviewed.

I'm sure they honor the claims but read the fine print. They include so many limitiations/exclusions and the fact that it's only for three years, it's probably not worth it.
My two cents.

Biggest issue is that you have to supply the compromised lock. In many cases people have reported that the thieves took that too. I've NEVER seen a post on BF that said anyone had been paid for a claim, but have seen posts on denies.
