not to worry... been there done that... I suspect most of us have....
mine was at a light waiting for traffic. car in front of me must have thought I had vanished. I dropped down below their rear end out of sight after waiting for what seemed like forever. just was not watching what I was doing and lost my balance. oh well. am more careful now though. was funny when it happened.

I personally have done it not once, but twice in a crowded 4 way intersection (not both times on the same day, at least). I'm not sure if all the traffic came to a complete stop because they were concerned, or just laughing too hard to drive over me.
