I've seen it mentioned here before by a BF member. Only thing is I don't remember what it is called or who makes it. I've tried Google searches and keep coming up with sling bags, but that's not what I'm looking for.

It's essentially a backpack with a unique strapping system. IIRC, it sits down low like a lumbar pack only bigger.

I think that it had suspender like straps.

Hmm, I'll probably have better luck looking at lumbar packs.

I saw something like this in the reviews at BikeRadar. Look under packs and order by rating - it's one of their top picks. (Not that that means anything.)
