Wind resistent jersey?
As fall is definitely upon us (well actually it looks like winter outside...4 in of snow and counting ) I am getting my layering figured out for my commute to work. So far I have been doing well, but I need some advice on a jersey.
I'm looking for a long sleeve, high visibility (bright orange or hi-viz yellow), wind resistant jersey. Bonus points if it has any reflectivity.
I've found with temps in the 40's I wear my Under Armour cold gear and adding my windproof softshell is just too warm, but a standard jersey is a bit chilly. I think something light-weight and fairly form fitting that will cut the wind would be ideal.
I've done a bit of looking, but haven't had much luck finding anything yet. Any suggestions?

My advice would be to get a high-viz vest. That will provide all of the wind resistance you need, and you can wear it day after day. Craft and others also make wind-resistant base gear (t-shirts) but they are not inexpensive and you would need several of them. So I would opt for the vest first.
I've got a Pearl Izumi and it's worked well for me over the past 10 years.

How about a Polartec Wind Pro fleece? No reflection, but it has high visibility (especially the orange one).
I'm thinking of one for myself. They look very comfy.

Craft (and maybe others) makes a base layer shirt with a wind panel in the front. The back breathes normally. Not cheap however.

+1 on a vest. The one I have is windproof on the front and has a mesh back for ventilation.
If you need to cut the wind on your arms the REI Tempest jacket has a windproof front and breatheable back.
