I like the Michelin City Road Tire they have a strip of something in them to help puncture resistance AND they have a nice reflective sidewall stripe.

I ride Vittoria Randonneur Pro Touring 700x32. They have a reflective sidewall. I've got 2100 miles on mine and still going. A bit expensive, but really nice for commuting on city streets and smooth dirt paths.
