First Commute!
So I've owned my cx bike for about 4 mo. now & have wanted to ride to work but haven't been brave enough with it being in the 90s already by the time I leave for work around 4am. This week we've gotten a huge break in the weather so I took advantage...53 deg. at 3:30am...really enjoyed riding in the dark 10.67 miles. I'm gonna take tomorrow off (the 10 mi home was a little rough on the quads) but I'm excited about hitting it again Monday.

Its been a hot summer and all, but I doubt its been 90 degrees anywhere in North America at 4 AM.
But, anyways, congratualtions and I hope you've got some lights.

Can't say for sure about 4AM, but it was definitely over 90 as late/early as 1:30 AM in the DC area several times this summer. I believe the 'lows' those days were in the mid to high 80s. Can't say for sure, but wouldn't rule out 90s overnight in more southerly but still urban climes.
