Do you remember these as a kid?

When i was around 12 i had a red bmx bike i built up myself out of spare parts. On one of our trips to the store i spotted some "Rearview Spy Glasses" and i instantly had to have them. I never rode my bike without them and had tons of fun... one day i fell off my bike and they broke... and i never found any again.... or maybe i just eventually forgot about them hehe.

So me and my coworker who both commute to work on our bikes where talking about these and wondered if they would be any good for an adult bike ride. Our only memories of them were as kids so there was no way to know how effective they were on bike rides.

Thanks to the internet I found them again and got them for $3 shipped from amazon and used them for the first time on my 12mi round trip commute to work. Aside from looking foolish... i actually liked them. Once you find the "sweet spot" they are great.

Thought id share this with the forum

If you would like to keep the experience but wear a cooler version, you should look into these.

i don't remember those glasses but remember seeing ad's for the X-Ray glasses and always wanted a pair. Being a kid in the 80's was excellent.

The glasses are just an example of what it looks like. You actually just buy the mirror dot and put it on the glasses of your choice.
