Swobo crosby as all purpose bike

I've found a pretty excellent deal on the Swobo Crosby and am considering buying one. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this bike. I plan on using it to commute, ride around the city, and for recreational riding.

This bike is fairly new and I can't find many reviews of this bike. On paper this looks like a great bike, is it? Please let me know your opinions.

Seems pricey for a singlespeed. Though a cool frame there's only so many frames with the option to run disc brakes.

on paper it looks great. Too bad they didn't center the rear wheel before taking the close up photo of the rear brake bridge.
