Looking for New Bike

My girlfriend needs help (and me too, I guess)...
she's looking for a new "winter" bike (her non-snow bike is a tank-of-a-cruiser) and is looking for suggestions.
The bikes she is looking at (or something similar); the Bianchi Milano, Van Dessel Straight Up...
She wants something lighter weight, singlespeed with a coaster brake (I know, the Bianchi has an 8-speed hub), fenders would be a nice addition, but I can put them on later.
PLEASE HELP!!!
Thanks

check out the Touring City bike by Biria. I love the way it rides. And pretty light too, not sure exactly how much it weighs. It's 3-speed with coaster brake and also has a front brake. I think she will like it. It's made in Germany. https://www.biria.com/bicycles/tc/. Good luck.
