commuter frame

Looking for a steel commuter frame that has both disc and cantilever mounts. Road frame set up, drop bars, 130m rear width.

It looks like a pretty short wheelbase. Aren't longer wheelbase bikes better on the road? I'm just asking, as my trusty ride is a GT Xizang titanium mountain bike with Marathon Plus 26x1.5 tires and a solid rear rack.

If you want longer wheelbase than the DC you should probably be looking at touring frames.
