Tyres for cross bike used on dirt tracks and riverside paths
I need to fit suitable tyres to my Kona Jake cross-bike for a weekend of riding 60 miles on road, dirt tracks and riverside paths (most miles will be off-road). I'll obviously need fatter tyres for thses, puncture resistant too, so I've considered Continental Cyclocross Plus tyres but was wondering if there were any other recommendations for my bike's 700c wheels. Dirt/mountain bike tyres are too small for my bike.

I enjoy my Schwalbe Marathon Cross 700x38 tires on lots of non-paved surfaces. They've had one flat from a loose radial tire wire in ~1500 miles of riding.
