Newspaper delivery bag for commuting?

Who else had a paper route? Remember this type of bag with a pouch in front and back? Anyone commute with one or know where to get one? Seems handy for grocery runs.

I remember those days. Smacking the door's sidelights and wondering if you broke the glass or being chased by dogs with forty pounds of paper strapped to your chest/handlebars. Fun. Where you would find something like that in this day and age is beyond me. Google it?

Google found that old photo but no stores selling the bags. Only the shoulder/messenger type with a strap.

Try your newspaper office? I bought some from a newspaper in Montana I delivered. That was about 8 years ago. I'm not sure it would be very comfortable on a bike though, it was a very wide bag. And don't forget being choked by the thing when the back was heavier than the front!
