Your daily commuting "Baiku"

Passed a little time on the ride home today:

This emm-effing wind.
Headwind, you can K my A.
Now I'll have cold beer.

What's the differece between a Haiku and a Limerick?

Though the bike was her best locomotion
The Cop said she caused a commotion
As her skirt was too short
But his real purport
Was the up and down pedaling motion.

or

A bike race that’s done in the nude
Keeps everyone in a good mood,
Except when the heat
Combined with the seat
Leaves finishers feeling ‘unglued’.

I am with BlankTim-- I couldn't write a haiku to save my life.
I guess that is why I admire writers and other creative folk, because I can't do it.

Had a dream one night.
I was on my bike again.
Woke up, lived the dream.

Hey, how about a limerick now? I was inspired this morning after making a nice little discovery just yesterday....

This season I acquired new tires
That were smoother and fatter than priors
Cycloputer instructions once found
Adjusted the distance around.
Alas! My pace ‘tis now higher!

I dread another wet day.
Still beats driving, though.
