Ugh...so much fun working in a Teamster shop with 300 other drivers sometimes. We "re-bid", or change our start times once a year...and I'm #237 on the list, currently, so I usually end up with the short end of the stick. For the last three months, I somehow ended up starting at 5:30 am, which is great...but I just got pushed back to 2am. So now, to make this work in my life, I have to sleep after I get home from work, in the early afternoon til the early evening, then go out and do whatever musician things I have to do, then go to work. This happened two weeks ago...and I haven't rode my bike once in that time. I don't mean I haven't commuted on it to work - no. I haven't ridden it at all. And I've been eating like ****, too...the drastic change in when I have to sleep has my body so confused, off duty physical activity seems almost impossible.

No real point to this post...just ranting. Man, do I feel like crap. I gotta start gigging full time again...
