Is there something else?
So I want a new backpack, and I want a backpack with zippers(not a roll top), sternum straps, hip/waist straps, the ability to carry 2 regular 1 in binders, my lunch, and a jacket if needed. The more ventelation for my back the better. I went to REI and the only one i really like there was the osprey stratos 24. Are there any other backpacks that meet those requirements? I was fitted for the large size for the osprey hip straps. And i would like to keep the bag under 150.

Take a look at Deuter. If I had the scratch, a TransAlpine 30 would be here by X-Mass.

I have the Jansport Big Student. Lots of room and a number of pockets. It runs about $40.00

ok the Trans Alpine 30 is overkill for school. If you had a choice between the trans Alpine 25 or the stratos 24, which one would you pick?

Take a look at Deuter.

If the bags aren't available locally there's plenty of shops in Germany that will do international postage.
The € prices in the German shops usually have a 19% tax included which will be subtracted on international purchases outside the EU.

I have the TransAlpine, and it's a fine bag in all ways. I can't say a bad thing about it.

However, given your minimist requirements, maybe something from Vaude will serve your purposes better.

I've been using the Osprey Momentum 34 (S/M) since August. You can stuff a lot in it, it stays snug with waist and sternum straps, has places to stuff a mobile phone, clip keys, etc., a helmet strap, a built-in rain cover, and a lifetime guaranty. I used the guaranty shortly after getting it and stepping on and breaking one of the plastic buckles. I had a replacement strap with buckle within a week at no cost. I'm very happy with the backpack.

Kelty Shrike https://www.kelty.com/p-425-shrike-32.aspx sounds like it would work. I've used one for a while, and it's great.

I now have the Stratos 24, and I think the thing is freaking amazing. Considering this is my first pack thats is specifically made for a purpose, I love it. The suspended mesh panel works so well, and the sternum and waist straps keep the pack stable the entire ride home. The curve in the pack gets kind of annoying, but the bag expands so much it doesnt really matter. The pockets on the hip straps are really convenient also. The only gripe I have is that the sternum, hip, and the straps used to compress the bag when not at full capacity are really long, and flap in the wind a lot, so if that really bugs me after a while, I think I'm going to cut the straps, and burn the ends to shorten them. All in all, it's an amazing pack to me, and I love it

I use the Osprey Manta 30. It's a 100oz hydration pack that doubles as an excellent backpack with great suspension that allows lots of airflow over my back. Got it at REI.

Rapha 14 liter pack, over $150 but well worth the money. Historically I have hated wearing anything on my back, but this one is perfect!

I have an Arc'teryx Miura 30 cragging backpack. Great pack, but it's hard to see what's going on behind me when I wear this - it goes up over my shoulders just far enough to block the view. Very comfortable, though, and it fits your budget if you wait for the next 20 % coupon at REI.
