Exactly this. I usually have at least one full set of everything in my locker in case I get something nasty on me (worst was a NG juice shower), but I've been caught out a few times by forgetting to replace my spare scrubs and then forgetting either my underwear or my undershirt.

With shoes kept at work I haul a week's worth of clothes/food in on Mondays. Then I bring home containers and work clothes daily. Change out of my commuting clothes completely.

Also, toothbrush, paste, deo, medicated talcum powder, footspray, towel(s). A couple of heaters for drying gloves, shoes, etc. And some lubricant there as well in case it rains on the way in. I wipe my bike down and lube my chain right away.

I've forgotten the towel several times - that sucks.
If I forget my keycard/badge, that means I u-turn and head home then drive the Honda. My desk key is on the same lanyard and we're supposed to lock everything up at night. Laptop, my food stash (oatmeal, coffee, snacks), shoes/sweater. Also would not be able to get into the lockerrooms/showers without the keycard. Security has loaners (if I remembered my wallet) but they take a while to get coded to get into the showers (only women who specifically request access can get into the women's lockerroom). The desk key I would have to get a locksmith, and it might not get handled the same day.
Wallet is also annoying since I often do not pack my lunch when I ride and will want to buy something from the cafeteria. Hate borrowing $20 (atm candy) from my co-workers.
Underwear -- uh, probably would u-turn and head home. Not a good look.

I used to have issues forgetting stuff when I rode my bike to work. Badge was one of them as was the security dongle. Fortunately, I am able to get replacements at work. I finally solved this problem by knowing I had to check for FOUR things when I was getting ready to start the bike: wallet and badge in the bento, cell phone (pager) and dongle in the seat pack. Since I started my "count to four before going out the door" I have not had to stand in line for a loaner badge. Previously it was about once a month.

I've never really had trouble with remembering the little stuff (wallet, phone, security badge, etc), but I use a small tray on my nightstand that all that stuff goes into. As soon as I get home for the night, everything goes in there (except the phone, that goes in when I go to sleep) & when I get up in the morning, I just empty out the tray. I haven't forgotten anything like that in years.
