'92 Schwinn Paramount Design Group 70 series - new wheels, 8 speed cassette (original Shimano XT 7 speed thumbie in friction mode), new pedals, fenders, Ibera seat post rack, lights - but otherwise stock. It is has some surface rust.
'93 Trek 950 black garage queen - hanging on the wall, all original, clean but dusty, has less than 100 miles on it based on tread wear, no brake surface wear on on the rims.
'94 Trek 930 turquoise frame & fork - first year of the TIG welded 900 series; planning a drop bar conversion.
And '86 Schwinn Cimarron - in pieces, lots of surface rust. Planning on electroless nickel plating.

I did until earlier this year - a bike called a Biscayne Lazer that I bought in 1992. Biscayne was made by...Merida? something like that and were sold through a local shop called The Off Ramp. I bought this for a mountain biking trip up to Sonora, CA whereupon we encounterd a) Llamas that chased us and b) pot farms - fortunately, no one chased us. It sat dormant for several years until I got into riding about 5 years ago, when I dug it out in order to make it into a bar bike - it was cheap/free so if I left it someplace overnight and it got stolen, then no big deal. Shortly after I got it, I quit drinking altogether, so I made it into a pretty good, albeit heavy, commuter/grocery getter. One afternoon, I absentmindedly left it in the back of my truck at my GF's house came out to find that it was "appropriated".

Still do. And usually choose to ride it more frequently than my other bike worth about $1500 more than this one
Currently running Conti Race King 2.2" tires that the rep gave me and they still roll great on pavement with a bit more bite when I choose to head off pavement.

^ I've seen that KHS with the front rack pictured several times at this forum, and I like it more each time I see it. If you get a chance, @AlTheKiller, would you please let us know what that big red bag is on your rack? I have a front rack similar to yours but I don't have a bag that fits it quite right. I strap a duffel bag on it to haul clothes to work, but it's not nearly as large or as well-fitting to the rack as yours appears to be.
Thanks.
Thanks.

98 Trek 820
I do. I have a 98 Trek 820, originally a mountain bike. Changed the pedals, the handlebars, the rims and the tires. I'm a big girl and it is a good, solid bike. This is a 2007 picture, the handlebars are now more sweeping, less straight.

Here's my 1994 GT Timberline. It's my kid hauler/grocery getter/commuter. It sees way more saddle time than my mountain bikes do.
Here's a link. For some reason it doesn't want to insert the image.

80's and 90's MTB's are hard to beat and I'm sorry it took me until about 2013 to discover them.
I jumped on the steel hybrid bandwagon in 1995 and those aren't too shabby but they don't have the soul that old mountain bikes have. My wish-list includes an early 90's Rockhopper and a mid-80's Trek 870/850, both in the 22" range.

Does it count if you didn't buy/own it since new?
But all i own is a '91 Hardrock (bought in original condition other than seat and used as winter/beater bike). It now has been upgraded with same period Deore shifters & brakes. A pleasure to ride it is. And my main go-to bike is a 1999 Frame/Forks/Stem/Bars with all new components and still a work in progress. Expensive route i know, but simply love the fit/feel of the bike and it thinks nothing of doing 100km daily runs when time permits and keeps me smiling all the way. And YES, i plan to buy a few more but will also be looking at the '80s as well as 90's bikes.
So hard to find a new bike that feels the same as an older bike...just my preference i guess

Currently looking at maybe possibly buying a 90's giant rincon to replace my huffy stalker. It's dependent on many factors and may not happen, but I'm hopeful. It's a chrome and green color scheme, not sure of components or exact year but it does have bar ends and seems to be mechanically sound other than tires need air/replaced.
Short answer to the question though is no. Even if I did, technically it wouldn't count any way, it was a model year 2000 (introductory year) Dyno Bazooka that I purchased in '99, it was the first year it was offered and it was in desert camo color scheme. Still the most unique bike I have ever owned. It was stolen in '02. Despite it being a BMX style bike, it made an alright commuter. Like I said, technically didn't count.
I also had a Schwinn collegiate, not sure of the year but I'm certain it was from the late 80's... also wouldn't count.

1991 Marin Pine Mountain:
I later turned it into a touring bike and painted it:
I put nearly 20 years of hard miles on it. Only God knows how many. Then I gave it to a friend, who passed it on to a mutual friend. It is still on the road and I get to visit it now and then.
The bike that replaced the old Marin is a Long Haul Trucker. Steel is real baby.
I love my trucker. No regrets.

Mine was stolen last year though technically it wasn't mine anymore anyway since I'd given it to my son.
Didn't realize it until recently, but the ancestors of these mountain bikes were actually old cruisers. They were retrofitted with handlebars and brake levers from motorcycles.

1997 ish Fuji Marlboro Folder. 4130 CroMo steel! Since this photo i've upgraded the Canti brakes to side pulls and new grips. Saddle and folding pedals are new too but otherwise still mostly stock.

1990 Schwinn High Plains. Currently out of rider status while I pick a new direction for it. Definitely have drop bars again but which shape and group of components. A real keeper, the frame is the jewel. Lugged, DB, hand brazened and wild paint job.

GT Tequesta 1993
Here's my 1993 GT Tequesta that I use as my main mountain bike. It's got an Alfine 8 speed hub gear and has been upgraded to V brakes. Got some nice chunky tyres on it as well.

Zombie thread revivified once again!
I love seeing these well-cared-for old bikes still doing their job. I just became the proud(?) owner of an overpriced '93 women's Giant Rincon; she's been officially christened the Rustbucket, until such time as I get around to learning how to tear her apart and put her back together. So much rust. Definitely a project bike. I'll post pics soon.

I bought this Stumpjumper new on July 23, 1982. Original except tires&tubes. Here it is transiting the Mickelson Trail in 2017:
