This CL ad caught my eye

http://miami.craigslist.org/pbc/bik/3050960801.html

Its a 2002 but looks like its in great condition and the frame size is right for me. Does anyone know how strong the frame is? Is it a good quality bike? Bad components? Any pointers would be great! Thanks guys

Retailed for $750. It looks pretty much stock. Looks like Reynolds 520, plenty of nice frames made with that material.

The cassette looks like it might be pretty worn. That would be $35 bucks for a new cassette and chain.

Components look fine. Low end, but all dependable road stuff. Do you want a racing bike? It doesn't look very rack/fender friendly.

+1

Fairly priced bikes don't last long on the local CL, especially if they're as clean as this one looks. Scheherazade's assessment of the quality is right on the money.
