Switching brake pads out

I have Tektro R730 brakes and the pads are about worn down so it's time to replace. I've seen a lot of people talk about Kool Stop pads so I'm wondering what fits that brake set. Is it the Dura set seen here? If not that set, which one is appropriate for my road bike?

If your bike already has the cartridge style pads, all you need to do is get the replacement pads, not the whole unit. If they are the old one piece design, then you should get the whole unit.

Awesome. I just wanted to make sure the cartridges were standard before buying anything so I'll just pick up the replacement pads. Thanks!

I was worried about that with my first set too. I had never used the cartridge style before. Now I really like them. No more readjusting the pads every time. Just slip in the new ones, adjust the cable tension if needed, and you're done.
