Fender selection help

I posted this in the mechanics section but someone suggest I post it here as well:

Here's my bike:
https://sphotos-e.ak.fbcdn.net/hphoto...77582927_n.jpg

I'm trying to find fenders that would fit the looks of the bike as well as the 700x23 tires.

Any tips? I have looked at the SKS Raceblade but I think the silver is a bit tacky looking. I think black fenders might make the bike look too dark.

I can't click on the site because it says access denied. SKS does make the RaceBlade in black last time I checked and they work just fine. You only have two color choices for road bikes, silver and black so your decision process should be rather quick.

I got my pink Planet Bikes NOS off of ebay.
When we were younger, we would boil white parts in vats of RIT tie dye and it worked very well.
The color went deep and was very permanent. Sort of hard to find white fenders for big people bikes, though

I suppose if a person wanted to they could easily enough spray paint black fenders any color they want.

SKS Chromo Plastic. I think they are the nicest, most practical.

For the SKS Longboard in Beige, it only comes in 45mm

Would the 45mm width look weird on my 23mm tires?

Weird? I don't think they'll even fit between your stays, forks, and brakes. They'll work great on touring bikes with cantilever brakes.

My bike looks somewhat similar, I went with bamboo fenders because they compliment the leather nicely, I got mine off eBay but I have seen them at my LBS on occasion

That's not my site. I have a couple of bikes with SKS fenders. Here's my best photo.

Riv Bike has a great video on installing them... which will give you some good views.

Here's my stainless steel Waterford with the SKS Raceblade Long silver fenders. Tires are 700-23c. For me, the ability to install them or remove them in a matter of a few seconds is important. No dropout eyelets required.

That's how they look on the bike, hardly noticeable
