I can't stand when people are out in the intersection and then decide they have to back up when the light changes.
Or the people who don't pull out in the first place but sit behind the line when it's a Yield on Green for left turns.

as a young man I drove a Good Humor ice cream truck one summer. we had a golden rule, "never back up" it seems now a days the rear windows of vehicles are either blacked out or the view is obstructed by "clever" aerodynamic designs. I think drivers are just used to not seeing out the back, so maybe they should disable reverse in general. drivers seems incapable of operating in that direction, so take it away from them.
