I really like the (Batman) idea of wearing a cape! I've always wondered why we don't wear capes with our tights.... the opportunity seems so obvious.

In the U.S., bicycling while well dressed might get some positive attention since it is so seldom seen.

Hmm... three piece suits specifically tailored for bikes...

..but it that happens, then we will have a class distinction war on our hands!

The one lighted like a Christmas tree in #3 looks like a 4-legged horse. 4 legs, not 2 wheels?

Wow, these are far wilder than I was imagining they'd be. Where would you store the giraffe costume when you go to work? How would you deal with a severe crosswind?
I was thinking of the army uniform in an old Monty Python skit: green twill jacket up top, lavender ballet tutu underneath. The tutu wicks heat away from the body like the fins on a radiator, and the width of it keeps cars at bay.

This is more modest, but December starts with a Holiday parade that I ride in. I zip tie a Santa hat onto my helmet and leave it on until Christmas. I get a lot of cool conversations, and people seem to give me a little extra room in pre-Christmas traffic.
