it's about commuting or riding in general. Life is easy with my wonderful & lovely bride. I take it easy when my knees or neck hurts but the general aches and pains are always there whether I ride or not. I thought it was normal for someone my age. Most people my age that I know are not nearly as healthy as I am and certainly not in as good a shape.
