Do these brake levers exist?

I put bullhorns on an old 80's 10-speed because it's my preferred setup for commuting, but I'm missing the looks of the old drop-bar cabling. Do they make bar-end TT style levers with over-the-top cable routing? Every bar-end style lever I've seen routes under the tape.

If not, is it safe to clamp a pair of top-exit cross levers at the ends of bullhorns or do they need to be placed mid-bar?

Thanks! (And yes, I know it'll probably look weird... it's an experiment )

Dia-Compe still makes road brake levers that come out the top. You could mount a set of those or just use cross levers, and mount them backwards(cables facing rearwards). If you have the cables come out the front it's going to look messy and you'll have longer cable runs, which could effect brake feel.

Someone posted this awhile back:

Do they make bar-end TT style levers with over-the-top cable routing?
Every bar-end style lever I've seen routes under the tape.
that's TT having the meaning of Time Trial. and they are needing to be aerodynamic
they are made to go in the end of the Bull horn handlebar that you describe.. or do you have other plans?

cyclocross Interrupt in the middle of the housing
brake levers also route the brake housing against the handle bar ..
the Stiff soldered cable end is not safe bending it with every use of the lever .

Brake levers for Road Handlebars that have the cable running out the top, have a lever curved to follow the
bar curve .. they are made to be at the end of the cable

turning the drop bar upside down and fitting those may work ..
you can saw off the rest of the bar, at your desire and( risk) if you wish,

so as I said, thats why the housing goes underneath ..aerodynamical -ier tidy
and are mechanically designed to function as such ,
what I read, your desire.. for looks .. does not exist

now[] outside the box.. if you were to tape down a handlebar grip width of housing ,
with the cable head 4" behind the Cross -top mount lever onthe end of the bar , then have the rest of the cable housing

coming out in front and that grand loop turning back to reach where they operate the brakes ,
that certainly would look quite Different ..
