I'd scratch the 15 yr. old Cannondale. OTOH, I'd get either the Peugeot, or the Diamondback, depending upon, fit, condition, feel, and performance.

Of course, at $75, you can't really be too picky!

If the Cannondale fits, that would be my pick, but that's because I'm a road bike kind of guy.

+1 You need to figure out what size bike fits you before you buy.

Personally I like the Cannondale. The only issue may be mounting a rear rack, if you are considering that. You can get a seatpost clamp with rack mount holes in them, I have one that was given to me by a Cannondale dealer, but I never had to use it.
