Raleigh Technium identification

Hi guys, I just saw this bike on Craigslist. I am not too sure on the year of the bike, and how much it is actually worth. I am primarily worried about the recall that Raleigh put out on their older models, and I am not sure if this falls within it. Thanks for the help in advance!

52. CM. RALEIGH. TECHNIUM. ROAD. BIKE. 12. SPEED. ALUMINUM.

I think that technium looks great, and $230 is not a ridiculous price for it, but of course being CL you probably want to go in offering $200 or $180 or something.

I have a Technium I was fortunate enough to get for only $50 (from a friend who got it from a church sale for only $5!!!), and it is a great bike that my wife rode for a while and now my son rides.

If you've been googling you may have seen this already, but just in case I think it's very useful for anybody considering a technium:

1988 Raleigh Technium Pro

Make sure you at least scroll to the bottom to see the pic of how the bike was totaled in a crash, and none of the thermal bonded joints failed.
