Ha, good job! I'm envious that you've got your stuff down to only 18 boxes. How much was it to rent the bike?

I live near New Orleans, There's a company there that will move you via bike.

We borrowed it from a colleague who is a Masters student without a salary and a young child. They also make furniture out of EU-palettes which turn out quite nice and are cheap to make/maintain.

I took it as easy as possible on the bike and gave him 400DKK (72USD) to take his son and wife out for a burger/drink.

His son loves burgers ;)

Awesome. Double awesome on the 18 boxes. Sounds like a weekend away with my wife (just kidding, a bit).

How does it steer? Is there articulation behind the cargo box?

That's amazing - I rented a van to move 4.5 miles last year, would have been just 2.5 by bike.

Are you going to get a flat-bed trailer for furniture?

The box and handlebar and connected. It's on a pivot type system. It handles well empty and sluggish with 100kg in the front.

Articulation?

So the box turns separate from the seat.
