SCR ruling -- Do I get points once or twice

So I passed a guy on the way home, clearly worth points. Later, after I'd gotten off the highway for an errand, I got back on. He evidently had kept going and eventually I passed the same guy again. Thus my question.

I don't think it counts twice.

Unless he's a roadie.

It could have been his twin brother, so thus a second person. Definitely twice.

Was his bike red? You could qualify for bonus points.

YOU GOT OFF THE BIKE! YOU GOT OFF THE BIKE!

Judge rules: New errand, new ride, new (separate) points.

We are adjourned (gavel bangs).

I say twice, but the other guy also gets passing points even though you stopped. So single points.

Hmmm. Getting off the bike does seem like a significant factor. Turning off the road for a quick errand seems significant also.

All things considered, I'm inclined to take the points twice.

Unfortunately, his bike was not red, so I don't get a bonus.
