Many types of these Hi visibility clothing are made from mesh fabric and are highly breathable.

I wear PI hi-vis "screaming yellow" jersey or jacket and use a Respro Hi-vis backpack cover.
Even bought a pair of screaming yellow gloves, but haven't worn those yet.
I recently bought a fluorescent orange LG long sleeve jersey which I think stands out even more than the PI stuff.

This is in addition to 2 Leyzyne SuperDrive lights on the bars, a Dinotte 140L taillight, plus a Petzl headlamp and NiteRider Solas on my helmet.

Don't care if I look like a clown as long as they can see me

I wear a Class 2 High Vis vest from Key industries. Got a sweat shirt and a couple short sleeve shirts. Haven't got ran over yet.. although that doesn't mean much! I'd like to think it's helping. Don't care how it looks I'd rather live a long life.

These are really great. No reflective striping though--need something more at night. Also avail in orange.

yup. hi-vis mesh vest with reflective panels on warm, dry days, fright-bright yellow Showers Pass during normal PNW weather.

This Fred is faster than most non-Freds I've blown by on the roads and trails. And my bike's name is "Felony Fred", which I need to get some artist to paint on in red.
