When my hair was a little longer I would put in in a ponytail to ride, but it's a little too short now. I've found that the windblown look isn't too bad as long as I give it time to dry completely before-hand, and build in an extra few minutes to just "fluff" my hair in the bathroom after I arrive. So if you're trying to get off your bike and walk *right into* a meeting, then I guess that would be an issue.

Buzz cut, I keep my hair shorter now than when I was in the Army.

I'm female and I usually wear my hair in a pony tail or bun after arriving to work via bike. I have tried to wear it down a few times (my hair is about shoulder length and wavy) with varying results... I usually shower before I leave and my hair is still damp when I head out the door No shower at my work, so that is not an option. I do keep a small hair dryer in my desk at work and various hair products, including dry shampoo.

I usually wear my hair down on days I drive and my co-workers usually wind up commenting on it, since it is not that often I wear it down at work. I don't really care very much, I think I look okay whether it's down or not and I am not trying to win any kind of beauty contest at work - just trying to look reasonably professional.

I'm a guy with really long hair (growing it out for donation). I do the manbun thing, and cover my head with a bandana inside of my helmet to catch sweat.

Yes. Only if its a longer ride I try to tier my tailend to prevent twisty tangles. One every 4 or 5 inches.

Thanks to this thread for reminding me that i gotta shave today!

i'm at like 12 mm right now, and it is really bothering me.

Less hair = shampoo bottle last longer, and shorter showers.
