Just picked up my new '05 Axis, and had a nice long ride. I don't have my shoes with me right now, so some cheap platform pedals are on there, and it STILL rides like a dream.
I'm thinking I should register this baby, so I am looking for the serial number, but can't seem to find it. Where should it be located? Cheers! http://www.moonlitbasement.com/other/AXIS01.jpg |
It's usually right under the front crank. You'll probably have to flip the bike over to see it.

Awesome, thanks so much.
I thought I checked there first, but I must have just missed it. It's not the easiest to read either.... Right now it looks like h4*****01 Does that look right? Thanks! |

congrats. i have the exact same bike, 55cm 05', and i love it. the only thing i've had to do is have the wheels retensioned.

Im thinking thats its probably not a good idea to be posting your serial number on the internet, I may be wrong though.
|
Probably not.

Nice looking ride. What is the BB drop on the Axis, do you know? I don't see the figure on Bianchi's website.
