Cyclocross and Gravelbiking (Recreational) This has to be the most physically intense sport ever invented. It's high speed bicycle racing on a short off road course or riding the off pavement rides on gravel like : "Unbound Gravel". Riding on a smaller frame
So I just put tires on my 54cm miyata, and realized the frame was a couple of inches too small. Are there any disadvantages to riding a smaller framed bike, not just for cross, but in general?

getting the bars high enough would probably be your biggest concern.
