#&*@! Mid-Atlantic Cyclocross

Been checking the weather all week and for this weekend when I race; nothing but blue skies and maybe a passing cloud.

A lone, passing, fluffy, empty cloud in otherwise pristine blue skies with nary a rain drop in sight.

sigh

Good thing I've got lots of mud clearence on my CX bike...

(and it doesn't help that a co-worker of mine has been showing me pictures of her CX-racing brother-in-law coated in luscious Portland, Oregon mud)

Come up to New England. Tomorrow morning's UCI race in Farmington, CT promises high winds, lots of rain, and a high temp of 40 F. Good times.

Ciclismo cross in Richmond was a lot of fun. But I couldn't help but feel I would have been faster on my pure road bike than on my repurposed commuter!

Chimborazo was a little muddy though.

Do you know if results for last weekend's races are posted anywhere? Haven't seen them on vacycling.org yet.
