I cant wait for tomorrow. I am planning on doing the C race and the B race if I am feeling alright after the C.

I was hoping to race tommorow at Rockburn, but in the end, impending parenting stuff has to take precedent, so Capitol Cross last weekend was the last race of my season. Lith, since I've become a fan of yours, good luck tommorow, and wish the same to all of the Bike Rack and Proteus riders as well. I'll look for your name in the results (which I know will be high up there) and fear the day when you actually ride geared.

I ran with the B's again. it was muddy, very very muddy. my one bike/race strategy nearly met its match.

VACX final on Sunday. Might race the collegiate race too, but I don't think I could last 1 hour.

that was probably the most fun I've had in a race this year. not falling so far off the back that I'd no one to work with helped.

one sliding sideways fall on the back half. I was trying an inside line and pushing too hard, the fact that my chain dropped during slowed me down more than the fall.

i slid out twice on the first two laps on that really muddy corner after the long downhill. Both times I tried going inside. I also slid out on the last lap on the second to last corner around the tennis courts. I dont remember where else I fell. It sure is nice not having to worry about a chain comming off

yes, I think I'm going to pick up a second rig for next year. I think it will most definitely be a single speed type job.

Im getting a new rig next year too. Just not sure if I am going geared or not. Most likely it will be geared but I need to do a bunch of research first.

the most important question:
what to do with my time 'til march?
I think I'll take up womanizing for the next few months, or gambling

Of course, dirtyphotos gets first dibs on a seat, but even if he comes, that still leaves room for 1 to 2 more.

Also, Florida's season goes until the end of January...
...road trip? I have places to stay in Largo (where state championships are, and there is a race in Largo the week before states...)
I wish I could take 3 weeks off from work to go race in NC and FL.
