I installed them and race on them with Hutchinson Bulldogs
Install was a pain as wanted to use a floor pump so I could work on them on race day if necessary. I can run mine around 30psi without burping, but that really depends on what rim you are running and how much work you put into making your rim cavity flat.
you might do a google search on this as there are lots of people riding tubeless for cross

I'm running Stan's NoTubes setup right now. So far I love it.
Here is my setup:
Wheels Bontrager Race X Lite
Tires NoTubes Raven 700x35
I used both the tape and the cyclocross rimstrip (which is most likely just a 650c tube sliced in half). Setup was super easy. You don't need to use a bucket with soapy water and a brush, just have a spray bottle with soapy water and spray the bead liberally. I know Stan's website says you don't need to use a compressor, but it makes life infinitely easier if you do. Just make sure you have the compressor set pretty low so you don't inflate the tires above 45psi.
