epic. you think wissahickon will be a mud-fest as well?
i think so, since it's still raining and they are only about 25-30 miles apart.
how was the steep runup??
which one!?! :)
What, nobody rode up?
That's a prodigious amount of mud - was it a swamp from one end to the other? |
who was the 4th place winner in the women's elite? she almost won...rode (i think) the only TCX out there. she almost made podium.

I definitely have Granogue as a training goal for next year - but you missed a nice course in Winchester.
i was on a great course in wissahickon today. its one of my favorites so there was no chance i was going to some other race instead.
granogue was my first race ever. by the end of my race(c) the course was mostly all mud. the two run ups were basically walk ups. the one in the woods was very muddy and very difficult to keep any balance/traction. so much fun. finished in the top 50% of the field which was my goal. started about 80 riders back.
