Has anyone done this race before? What's the course like?

i haven't done this exact event but i did do a cross event at the same place like a month ago...good fun race

The race isn't in the "crap hole". It is in a nice rural area off the freeway. I grew up in nearby Hopewell, and when J&L and the other steelmills went to the bottom of the pan so did the town.

Ah, sorry about that. I raced in the industrial parkway near "downtown" and it looked like Detroit and post WWII France had spawned.
