Easy like Monday 7.23.02

I think I made up for my lack of sleep today cuz I slept until 1pm, until I couldn't stand the heat building up inside my tent anymore. I saw Adam, another festival volunteer, at the ferry crossing and we went to get some food at Klondike Kate's. It looked like another easygoing day as I prepared for my departure tomorrow. I spent a little time on the internet and had a good conversation with Andrea at the coffee shop while I made myself a peanut butter and nutella and granola sandwich with bananas. Later on I met up with Adam who was kind enough to give me his Swiss Army knife since I had lost my leatherman. We met up with Nick and decided to go for a pizza at the Grubstake where they had a 2 for 1 special. We puffed on some herb before enjoying the delicious feast outside on the deck. I headed back to camp to pack up some of my things then I went to bed. (12 miles)

Pic: A VW camper in tent city I just couldn't resist taking a photo of.
