11.10.02 Lazy day on the computer, Eureka

Today was a very indoors kinda day. John and I decided to try to get some work done. He did some paperwork for his job and I concentrated on typing in my journaling on his computer. We watched a couple movies and ate and had some hacky sack breaks throughout the day. Lately I’ve been feeling very sedentary and my caloric intake seems to be pretty consistent. On one hand, I want my muscles to rest but I also don’t want to be feeding myself rich foods without being able to burn it off. I had a late evening craving to go out for a burger and a shake. I took John’s car and got some fast food. I guess I also just wanted to get out of the house after sitting by the computer for so long. Eventually, we stopped working and decided to call it a night. I inputted some photos and entries on the internet before going to bed.

Peace

Dave
