Anybody ever ridden the Don Valley mountain bike trail (Toronto)?

I would like to ride it, but I'm kinda scared. People say it's very advanced, but after looking at a couple YouTube videos, it doesn't look as challenging as they say. Looks can be deceiving though. I would rate my skills as above beginner. I can handle roots, uphills etc. I've been to hydrocut in Waterloo and found it manageable.
