Bike route suggestions in Ontario?

Hey

Can anyone suggest any cool bikes routes that would be particularly nice for fall colours? I guess my main thing is... I still gotta keep it under 100 km and have the same starting/ending point.

On a seprate note, I've been riding a ocassionally through King Township and kinda like it, what are the popular bike routes in this area?

Thanks for any suggestions.

The leaves are changing now on the escarpment around Milton and Georgetown, depends on what part of Toronto you're starting from, but there are lots of good riding routes in the area, lots of interesting hills too. There's a map at www.halton.ca/PPW/Roads/AlternativeTravel/Cycling/default.htm#Cycling%20in%20Halton

I live in Richmond Hill and usually start right from my house, but I am interested in going to different areas once in awhile by car. I'll prob give the area around Kelso a try just cause I've been to that area b4 and liked what I saw.

That's an awesome resource that Halton has put together. I looked for something similiar from York Region but there is nothing, but I did find this https://www.dornellas.com/theclub/ then click on maps. Those routes are pretty much in my back yard so now I have a few route ideas I can try out.

Thanks

You might find the Cycle Ontario Alliance's bike route project helpful. "The Ontario Bicycling Route (OBR) is a vision to implement an on-road cycling network across Ontario that will connect all regions, many municipalities and key points of interest."
