Most complete fitting in GTA
If you did a fitting could you please post what in consisted of and maybe how much it was?
I know there is another thread about fitting but there aren't many details in it.
Thank you.

When I looked into fittings I ended up going to Hello Velo. Because I was riding a hybrid, he didn't do a complete fitting - he just basically put my bike on a trainer, had me ride it, and adjusted things based on what he saw and what I told him. I was very pleased with the service, he only charged me for his time so the fitting ended up costing me $25 or so, and I wound up with a much better fitting bike than when I went in. However, I definitely think if you have a racing bike they do a much more complete fitting which runs I think around $100. If you check out their website they have more info there. I was very happy with the experience, Paul is very nice and helpful and I would recommend him to anyone. But I don't have a full fitting experience to relate.

Thanks for the reply Spudd. I did a little research and the other two places that seems to offer good bike fittings are Enduro Sport and La Bicicletta.

I did a fit session with Hello Velo as well, did a 'bio-mechanical' assesment, basically 6 or so stretches to determine my flexibility, then 3 or 4 seperate measurements to determine size.
the staff member (can't remember his name, but I think he runs the place) took the information and sat down with me to review a couple of bikes that I've been considering for purchase. he made some recommendations, which I have since used to order myself a bike.
I'll be going back in the spring for a session with them again to actually make the bike I bought match the measurements that we took this fall.
I'm rather happy with the service, they feel like a very road race focused shop, but he was happy to talk about what he was doing, and looking for in relation to my needs (commuter).
total cost for the two sessions (stated as an hour each) was $75.

Every bike racer I've spoken to regarding this subject has recommended La'Bicicletta.

If it matters to you, Hello Velo is the only shop in town that has Retul. Either La Bici or Enduro Sport would do a fine job though.
