Custom frame builders based out of Toronto (or southern Ontario)

Know of anyone currently building custom frames in Toronto? Curious to see if there even are any.

Urbane in downtown Toronto builds a line of its own frames I believe. Also I think the people at Velocolour were previously affiliated with Mariposa before it closed down so I'm sure they have some insight.

Mike and Michael Barry are presently restarting the Bicycle Specialties company and resurrecting the Mariposa brand custom-built steel bike.
There is a store apparently "coming soon". This is their current website - HOME - Bicycle Specialties
