BMS for 48V LifePO4 22ah battery

I am on my third bms. First one became intermittent after a few months. Second one quit. Third one is intermittent. The BMS is 48volt 60amp limit. Any suggestions?

See if Ping will sell you one of his BMS's; the one on my friend's Ping LiFePO4 battery works well.
