Can't comment on that model, but I can say their customer service is amazing. I had a STride model a couple years ago I bought (thru eBay, a dealer) and I knocked it over. It broke the kickstand off at the weld. I emailed them and asked if it could be repaired (rewelded) and they sent me an entirely new frame at zero charge, they even paid the shipping. I had to pay my lbs to move everything over to the new bike, but Prodeco was really incredible about covering my mistake. The bike ran flawlessly btw; I sold it when I decided I no longer wanted an e-bike, I used it to get back into biking after years away. The woman I sold it to still rides it.
