Feedback wanted on R. Martin Electric Bicycles
I am considering buying an electric bicycle from R. Martin Electric Bicycle Co. of Austin, TX. Can anyone give me feedback on this company and quality of their electric bicycles? Thanks in advance for any help or comments given.

Beware R Martin Bikes
Last October I purchased 2 model L780 scooters from this company. Both bikes arrived damaged as well as damage to the battery cases. I contacted the owner who was very empathetic to the problem but did little over the months to resolve the mess.
What I received from R Martin was lip service and no replacement parts. When the batteries became defective they sent me old used batteries that also failed instead of new under warranty. Beware of this company as they do not stand behind what they sell.
