    Bernson EV?

I have a question. I'm cautious about buying things online from websites if I don't speak to a third party about it first, so does anyone know if bernsonev.com is a trustworthy site? They've got an item I want for cheaper than Amazon, but I don't want to jump head-first and have it be a rip-off website. So, like I said, anyone know if it's a reputable website for buying electric bike kits?

    Thumbs up

I bought a BL-36 from BersonEV last month, 5 days later I got my battery pack first then the next day my E-hub came in. The BL-36 package wasn't quite like their kit picture on their website...no keys and key switch. No big deal because I am very pleased with the performance and range of the BL-36 kit. I emailed Dennis regarding the keys, and he replied right away, he even called me later that day and he was very nice. He gave me Pedro(Wilderness Energy) phone number in CA, he too answered all my questions nicely. I would definitely recommend BersonEV to my friends and family members.

Just a side note. I too was skeptic about buying from BersonEV.com. They had the best kit for the price, and almost seemed too good to be true. I noticed the BL-36 hub kit was supplied by WE, and I checked their website and they listed BersonEV as one of their seller. I checked a couple consumer watchdog websites (BBB, some other that listed internet businesses ratings), bersonEV had no negative reviews and they been around in business for awhile; my back up was to purchase the kit with my credit card and if something went bad, I would stop payment on the kit and dispute it. Alas, I simply fell in love with my kit, the fast delivery, the great response and customer services at BersonEV.
