How far can you go?

Hi - I'm in the process of building an e-bike with a crystalite 48 volt Racer on an old Cannondale and 4 17 ah batteries (I'm 200lbs). I'm hoping to go 20 plus miles (mostly flat) per charge to commute to work - Do think I have a chance? Any body with a similiar setup with real distances? Thanks for any recommendations / advice!

I own a few of the models from www.ScootersNBikes.com and get 20-25 miles on all of them at 20-25mph. Costs are $0.20 to fully charge them and they take 8 hours or so to charge.
