carbon fiber forks?

I have read that aluminum forks are a no go for a electric hub motor. What about carbon fiber?

I'd say you're OK with just about any kind of fork, if your hub power is under about 400 watts. More than that and you start putting a lot of forward and backwards strain on them.

For that reason, and the ability to use power to hop the front end up curbs and such, I set up all my electrics up with rear motors.
